Jesus told his disciples other people would know that they were his disciples because of the love they have for one another.  (John 13:35) Love must be in the form of actions to be noticed by others.  It is no surprise then, that brotherly kindness is listed among the qualities in 2 Peter.

Early on in the Bible we see the question being asked, “Am I My Brother’s Keeper?” As Scarlett Stough states in her commentary, “The short answer is, we are.”

This month we add, “And to Godliness, Brotherly Kindness.” Come join us as we examine how God’s word defines brotherly kindness.
